$2.25 Million Settlement For Auto Accident

In 2022, our client and his passenger were driving through an intersection when the other party crossed into their lane and collided with their vehicle head-on. Our client sustained serious injuries, including a concussion,  injuries to his face, and a fractured knee. As a result, he required repeat surgeries on his knee and extensive physical therapy. We recovered a settlement of $2,250,000 for his injuries from the other party’s insurance. 

$1.4 Million Settlement For Wrongful Death

Our client (deceased) was a pedestrian when she was run over by a female driver who had a diabetic episode after leaving a radiology facility. The medical facility was negligent in allowing this woman to leave the facility and allowing her to drive.

In 2021, our client was traveling in his lane when a driver parked along the street unexpectedly made a u-turn colliding into our client’s motorcycle. in 2022, our client was walking his dog when a neighbor’s dog attacked them. The neighbor’s dog attacked him as he picked up his small dog, causing severe injuries to his hands, arms, and legs. We received a settlement from the homeowner’s insurance for $1.1M.

Our client was walking to his vehicle in the parking lot of a shopping plaza when he stepped into a pothole and fell. As a result, our client sustained fractures to his right shoulder, right knee and right foot requiring surgery to all three body parts.

In 2021, our client was a pedestrian waiting for his ride when the other party in his vehicle backed up and collided with our client. The other party was a ride-sharing company driver at the time of this accident.

In 2022, our client was a guest at a home when she tripped and fell inside the property. As a result, she fractured her ankle. She required surgery and extensive physical therapy. We were able to recover $150,000 from the homeowner’s insurance. 

Successful Third-Party Lawsuit For A Work Injury

Our client was involved in a rear-end accident during the course and scope of his employment. Our client elected not to proceed with a workers’ compensation claim, instead pursue a third-party claim against the responsible party and thereafter an underinsured motorist claim against his employer’s commercial vehicle policy.

Her neighbor claimed that they didn’t have homeowner’s insurance and wanted to give her a few hundred dollars for medical care.
